may i share with you and erm, boast my comic and art book inventory, though it’s pretty much passive and unimpressive as compared to the massive (ooh it rhymes) library my friends have… namely these rich douchebags (i’m jealous okay? capish? alright stop taunting me or i’ll blow your head open with a fuckin’ cap).
*TPB = Trade PaperBack. Its like a collected edition of individual comic issues, printed as a book. Its wiser to purchase them since they’ve got no ads, and it’s easier to keep track.
- Tank Girl: The Gifting, TPB (art by Ashley Wood and Rufus Dayglo) (i think because of this fantastic book i’m beginning to talk alot like Tank Girl herself. fuck yeah!)
- Empowered 2 (art by Adam Warren) (i would also like to acquire the first book too, despite how perverted it is. moar secks than the second one.)
- Nextwave: Agents of H.A.T.E. VOL 1 – This is What They Want, TPB (art by Stuart Immonen) (hell-as-seriously-funny stuff)
- Batman: Ego and Other Tails (art by Darwyn Cooke, Tim Sale) (it’s an anthology of short stories of our godamn Batman, and there’s Catwoman too)
- Catwoman: The Dark End of The Street, TPB (art by Darwyn Cooke) (have I mentioned Cooke is such a god in brush inking?)
- The Ride (art by.. alot of artists) (another anthology of short stories… about a Chevrolet Camaro. Very noir too, since it’s all sequentials are purely inked and there’s this story about hard boiled detectives and stuff.)
- Night Trippers (art by Micah Farritor) (hell yeah for hip and trendy vampires in 1960s London)
- The Wonderful Wizard of Oz (art by Enrique Fernandez) (his art is oh-so-lovely, i want to paint like that!)
- The Dare Detectives Case 1.1 and 1.2 (art by Ben Caldwell) (the story is quite silly but i fell for the art anyway
