Photoshop afterwards.. still wippish. I swear I MUST FINISH THIS.

…are what I’ve been doing in school. mreh, i’m really tired..
Here’s a drawing assignment, and I know how much it totally sucks ape ass. I screwed the legs over whilst going overboard, just in time when I found my ink and wash inspiration (Eric Powell). Too late by then, so may as well learn from this ugly lil’ folly. :/
And then again this might also fall under suckage- a 3D assignment.
Treatment includes UV map, texture (i like how I did the banana though lol), lighting, and render a model of a fruit bowl. Some mental ray and HDRI used. Although not as fantastic as the ones at CGtalk, I did my bestest… Its wonderful to see the magic of what layer passes can do. Tweakity tweak in Photoshop’s layer modes and et voila you get this:

EDIT: FARGGG I FORGOT TO ADD A BOUNCE LIGHT ON THE TEXTILE. NO WONDER WTFBBQQQQ.
The first three drawings are unsold portraits at the OiC Portrait Day.
The next three are portraits of me
because I had to model for them while they wait for a new customer lol. We all were taking turns to model for us artists so… yeah. hurhur.
First one’s by Caleb, then Kang Wen, and Syafiq. Day-umn I wished I actually looked like those drawings *cheesiest compliment evar*. :/
